It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for the vans/trucks parking in advance. We will need two parking bays for your moving day.

Parking Ticket charges, Toll Charges, etc, will be added to final bills if incurred.

Please make sure you pack all your goods in advance so our removals team can do loading and unloading on the day, unless you have requested a full packing service. Please make sure you pack heavy items in small and medium boxes so it’s safe to carry, and load on to a truck.

Please pack your personal items yourself such as cash, jewellery, laptops, mobiles, etc and any other small items of that nature.

Our removals team are not allowed to pack any Gas items-Open liquid, Paint, Dangerous items in the truck. The Insurance doesn't cover this.

Cancellation and changes of date, please let us know 7 days in advance.

Upon booking there is a 25% non refundable deposit to be paid.

Please note by booking your job with us you are in contract with us as per our quotation. Extra work required on the day or extended storage which is not included in your quotation will incur an additional charge.

Waiting charges for up to 1 hour free. After 1 hour there are charges depending on the level of service you have booked. Depending on the number of men in the team.

For removals which are stored by us we require 50% of the quote to be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance to be paid once we have moved you out of storage into your new home.

We take no responsibility for damages on any items not packed by us. Eg: Boxed or wrapped items.

Whilst we inspect all items as they come off the van and in position. If any damage is noticed subsequent to this we need to be notified within 7 days of your move.
